  • You have the legal authority to enter into an agreement.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorized to represent the business, brand, or social media accounts involved in the project.
  • You have permission to provide all submitted images, videos, logos, music, trademarks, and other materials.

Service Agreement

A project begins after:

  • The selected service has been confirmed.
  • The required payment or deposit has been received.
  • The client has provided the necessary information, materials, and account access.
  • The project scope and deliverables have been agreed upon.

Services not listed in the approved package, invoice, or proposal are considered outside the original project scope and may require an additional fee.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate business and contact information
  • Brand guidelines and brand assets
  • Logos, images, videos, and other required materials
  • Timely feedback and approvals
  • Necessary social media account access
  • Product or service information
  • Advertising permissions and billing access, when applicable
  • Any required legal disclosures or industry-specific disclaimers

Project delays caused by missing materials, delayed approvals, incomplete information, or restricted account access may extend the delivery schedule.

Account Access and Security

Some services may require temporary access to social media, advertising, analytics, podcast, or video-platform accounts.

The client agrees to:

  • Provide access through secure role-based permissions whenever available.
  • Avoid sharing passwords through unsecured communication channels.
  • Maintain ownership and control of their accounts.
  • Notify us immediately if access should be changed or removed.
  • Enable two-factor authentication whenever supported.

BlueBookPublishing will use account access only to perform the services authorized by the client.

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by weak passwords, compromised client devices, third-party actions, or the client’s failure to maintain appropriate security.

Content Approval

Content may be provided to the client for review before publication.

The client is responsible for reviewing:

  • Spelling and factual accuracy
  • Prices and promotional offers
  • Product or service descriptions
  • Images and videos
  • Names, trademarks, and brand references
  • Links and contact information
  • Legal or regulatory disclosures

Once content has been approved, the client accepts responsibility for its publication and use.

BlueBookPublishing is not responsible for errors that were present in client-supplied information or approved by the client.

Revision Policy

Revisions are provided according to the service package selected by the client.

Free Revisions

Clients may request revisions without additional charges when:

  • The requested changes remain within the approved project scope.
  • The original direction and concept remain unchanged.
  • The request is submitted within the designated review period.
  • The revisions do not require new footage, new concepts, or completely rewritten content.

The standard revision turnaround time is approximately 48 business hours, depending on the complexity of the request.

Fair Usage Policy

Unless otherwise stated in the selected package:

  • Up to 10 reasonable revision requests may be provided per project.
  • Multiple changes submitted together may be treated as one revision round.
  • Revisions beyond the included limit may require an additional fee.
  • A complete change in strategy, concept, style, audience, or campaign direction will be treated as new work.

Project Timelines

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and may depend on:

  • Timely client feedback
  • Availability of required assets
  • Platform approval processes
  • Advertising account reviews
  • Third-party cooperation
  • Changes to the original scope
  • Technical issues outside our control

Delivery dates may be adjusted when the client delays feedback, approvals, payment, materials, or account access.

Payments and Fees

All prices will be stated in the applicable package, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payment must be received before work begins.
  • Deposits and initial payments reserve production time.
  • Additional services require separate approval and payment.
  • Third-party fees are not included unless specifically stated.
  • Applicable taxes, transaction fees, and processing fees may be added.
  • Work may be paused when a payment becomes overdue.

A project will not be considered complete until all outstanding balances have been paid.

Advertising Budget

Fees charged by BlueBookPublishing for campaign management are separate from advertising spend unless otherwise stated.

The client is responsible for:

  • Funding the advertising account
  • Approving the campaign budget
  • Maintaining a valid payment method
  • Paying platform charges directly
  • Reviewing any applicable taxes or currency-conversion charges

BlueBookPublishing will not increase an approved advertising budget without the client’s authorization.

Advertising spend already charged by a platform is generally non-refundable.

Social Media Platform Policies

Social media and advertising platforms operate independently from BlueBookPublishing.

Clients must comply with the rules of platforms such as:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • YouTube
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • X
  • Podcast distribution platforms
  • Other third-party services used during a campaign

BlueBookPublishing does not control platform algorithms, account-verification requirements, moderation decisions, advertising approvals, policy changes, account suspensions, reduced reach, or service interruptions.

We cannot guarantee that a platform will approve a specific advertisement, account, post, or campaign.

Marketing Results

BlueBookPublishing uses professional strategies intended to improve visibility, engagement, content quality, and audience growth. However, marketing results depend on numerous factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee:

  • A specific number of followers
  • A specific number of views or impressions
  • Viral performance
  • Sales or revenue
  • Leads or conversions
  • Search rankings
  • Platform verification
  • Influencer responses
  • Advertising approval
  • A specific return on advertising spend

Previous results, portfolio examples, forecasts, and estimated performance do not guarantee future outcomes.

Organic Audience Growth

BlueBookPublishing does not support intentionally deceptive engagement methods.

Unless specifically disclosed and approved, we do not use:

  • Fake followers
  • Automated bot engagement
  • Fraudulent reviews
  • Artificial traffic
  • Misleading endorsements
  • Unauthorized account activity

Audience growth may fluctuate because of platform algorithms, market conditions, competition, content performance, and audience behavior.

Influencer Marketing

When influencer marketing is included:

  • Influencer availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
  • Costs may vary according to audience size, platform, deliverables, and campaign duration.
  • Influencers retain control over their individual audience response.
  • Content may require disclosure such as #ad, #sponsored, or another legally required label.
  • BlueBookPublishing does not guarantee sales, engagement, or conversions from an influencer campaign.

Any influencer payment, product shipment, travel expense, licensing fee, or third-party cost will be identified separately when applicable.

Content Creation and Production

Content may include graphics, captions, videos, Reels, Shorts, podcast material, thumbnails, scripts, and campaign assets.

The client must ensure that submitted materials do not violate:

  • Copyright
  • Trademark rights
  • Privacy rights
  • Publicity rights
  • Music licensing requirements
  • Platform policies
  • Applicable laws

BlueBookPublishing may refuse to create or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, defamatory, harmful, or in violation of third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

Client-Supplied Materials

The client retains ownership of materials provided to BlueBookPublishing.

By submitting those materials, the client grants us permission to use, edit, reproduce, and adapt them solely for performing the agreed services.

Final Approved Deliverables

After full payment has been received, the client receives the usage rights specified in the applicable package or service agreement.

Working Files and Internal Assets

Unless expressly included, editable source files, unused concepts, drafts, templates, internal processes, strategy documents, licensed resources, and production files remain the property of BlueBookPublishing or their respective licensors.

Third-Party Assets

Fonts, stock media, music, templates, plugins, and other third-party resources remain subject to their original licensing conditions.

Portfolio Usage

Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing, BlueBookPublishing may display publicly released work in its:

  • Portfolio
  • Website
  • Social media accounts
  • Presentations
  • Marketing materials
  • Case studies

Confidential information, passwords, private analytics, and unpublished business information will not be intentionally disclosed.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat non-public business, campaign, customer, financial, account, and strategy information as confidential.

Confidential information may be disclosed when:

  • Required by law
  • Authorized by the information owner
  • Necessary for an approved service provider to complete the project
  • The information is already publicly available through no breach of these terms

Refund eligibility depends on the project stage and the amount of work already completed.
